Shalom,

     "My son, fear thou the Lord and the king:  and meddle not with them that are given to change:  For their calamity shall rise suddenly; and who knoweth the ruin of them both?"  Proverbs 24:21

     Our dilemma as a Christian is to obey the Bible and respect the king.  Our first duty is to fear the LORD; even when the king doesn't.  It is time for us to stand up for the LORD, speak up for the LORD and say something for the LORD.  He is the one that is in control.  Please pray, please inform yourselves and please vote.

     Thank you Bro. Barker and Bro. Gilligan for preaching in my absence.  We appreciate your help and messages that were a blessing to so many.  Thank you church for your prayers and encouragement while we were away.  It was a most relaxing and rejuvenating time.

     Tonight, we welcome the Zemke family to our services.  They are missionaries to Japan and have served there for at least 3 terms.  Don't miss the services tonight as Bro. Zemke brings an update of the work in Japan.

     As most of you know by now, the Richters have accepted a call to Liberty Baptist Church in Fircrest, WA.  Praise the LORD for His guidance, for this good family and for their new church.  Please pray for them as they prepare to begin anew.
