Shalom,

     Today, we welcome Alisha Stensaas, missionary to Uganda.  Miss Stensaas is the daughter of missionaries Bryan and Cheri Stensaas.  The entire Stensaas family has been a blessing to this church, to many other churches, and literally around the world.  Miss Stensaas will be helping in the Sunday School, giving a testimony in church and showing her DVD this evening.  What a blessing to have her today and please give her a LBBC welcome.

     Tomorrow morning, Bro. R.J. Saladin will be taking the teens to Windsor Hills Baptist Church in OK.  They leave at 5:30 AM and please pray for them each day this week.  Thank you.

     Bro. and Mrs. Whitton and Bro. and Mrs. Barker are on vacation this week along with many others of our church.  (We do so many church activities together that we have only a short window of vacation opportunities.)  Our hearts are very grateful for these folks and we love each of them.  Please keep them in your prayers.  Thank you.

     With the way the world is, I believe Jesus is coming soon!  Should we not do what we can to witness and win every member of our family, every co-worker, every person in our community to Christ?  What opportunities we have right now since the economy and the nation is in such panic stricken concern for the future, to tell others about the resurrected Christ!
